Brilliant Program for Our Silver Anniversary Conference

Plan on attending March 9th through the 11th to maximize your benefits from the 25th Annual IWEA Conference!

Tuesday the 9th we have WEF Past President, Al Goodman, Founder/ President of A.W. Goodman & Associates, presenting at the Business Luncheon on “Innovative Technologies and Their Impact on Operators”. That afternoon, Keynote Speaker Richard Lanyon, Director of Research & Development at MWRDGC, will share with us the “Use Attainability Analysis Study of the Chicago Metropolitan Area Waterways”.

On Wednesday the 10th, Mark Price, Vice-President of Electric Controls Company, will be leading operators and engineers alike on a journey to learn “Basic Electrical Controls” - this will be an ALL DAY workshop with 0.5 CEU credits and 5.0 PDH available!

Wednesday morning, Robert Lagrange, Water & Wastewater Busi-ness Manager with Endress+Hauser, will present a seminar on “Selection and Use of Analytical Instruments in Wastewater Plants”. This seminar will be geared towards process engineers. In the afternoon, the Laboratory Committee will be leading a hands-on “D.O. Monitoring and Related Lab Analyses” workshop.

Thursday the 11th, two shortened technical sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Then please join us for a tour of the recently upgraded Rock River Water Reclamation District's 40 MGD wastewater treatment plant from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. I hope you can stay and participate in all of these wonderful events!

Our goal is to have topics pertinent for all of IWEA's members. For that reason we have included the following technical sessions:

• Instrument & Technology Applications
