IWEA is proposing modifications to its Constitution & Bylaws due to changes in the Water Environment Federation's governing structure. Reimbursement Request Form  
Members must use the IWEA Reimbursement Request Form when requesting payments.  Mail the signed form and associated receipts to the IWEA Treasurer.
