The Special Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Illinois Water Environment Association was called to order by President Mary Johnson at 9:45 p.m. May 16, 2003 in the Medill Room of the Cantigny Golf Club in Wheaton, Illinois.

Present at the Meeting were Mary Johnson, John Drake, Larry Ziemba, Lou Kollias, Chuck Corley, Greg Brunst, Toby Duckett, and Herb Anderson.

Greg Brunst discussed the Past President’s Pin issue.

Chuck Corley moved and Toby Duckett seconded that 25 Past President’s Pins at about $21.00 each be ordered with a set up fee of $250.00. The pins are to be presented to IWEA Past Presidents at IWEA functions.
The motion was approved.

The WEF General Commercial Liability Insurance was discussed.

Toby Duckett moved and Lou Kollias seconded that Herb Anderson be authorized to seek Insurance Quotes for General Commercial Liability Insurance at a level of Insurance comparable to the WEF Program, and that he be further authorized to enter into an agreement at his discretion at a cost equal to or less than the cost of the WEF Program Insurance.
The motion was approved.

Greg Brunst moved and Lou Kollias seconded that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion was approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
